Healing through Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Do you feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re stuck in the same patterns of pain and frustration?

Maybe it shows up as painful conflicts in your relationships, challenges at work, burnout, anxiety, or feelings of disconnection and emptiness. Maybe you’ve tried to push through, read self-help books, or even made some progress in therapy—hoping, “This time will be different.” Yet somehow, the same struggles and triggers keep resurfacing?

The truth is, for many of us, having awareness and trying harder may only give us temporary relief if any at all. And that’s because we’re living through painful and often unconscious wounds accompanied by protective responses developed by younger parts of us that learned to keep us safe in the best way they know how. Even when those responses are no longer effective, they persist. When our system feels threatened enough, no matter how hard we try, these responses take over automatically, overriding conscious awareness.

This is where Internal Family Systems (IFS) comes in.

I’m Yasmin Habib, an IFS trained Practitioner. IFS is a powerful, evidence-based healing approach that gently guides us to work with your subconscious mind rather than just trying to make sense of it. Using this model, we’ll go directly to the places where parts of you became frozen in time, stuck in moments of pain.

Together, we’ll compassionately access these younger parts, address their pain, and finally release their burdens. This unburdening process is safe, gentle, and deeply transformative. After an IFS unburdening, clients often report a sudden release of energy followed by a profound sense of relief and clarity.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a conversation. I’d be honored to support you on your journey to healing and transformation.
